Are These Symptoms Related To Anxiety?

i had a mental stress for last one month which is relatively less than earlier now but i am feeling few symptoms not sure if its related to anxiety or not. My legs get numb and my lower jaw starts getting shaking .sometime i feel heavy in my heart too.Please help me

Symptoms, which you have mentioned, are towards underline anxiety disorder. That may be due to stress. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper mental evaluation and diagnosis. You need low dose antidepressant with benzodiazepine, that would help to control anxiety symptoms.
