General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From stool report there is no ova or cyst so there is no possibility of having worms.
Report shows that there might be bacterial gastro-intestinal infection.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3 days.
Ok ans take care.
