Are There Side Effects Of Alpha Dopa And Ecosprin During Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor,
I m 5months & 3weeks pregnant and diagonsed with high B.P.(150/80) so my doc advised me to monitor it for a week and advised me take (ecosprin and alpha dopa). Is it safe to take these two medicines as well as shall i continue with my job?

Alpha dopa is one of the safest anti hypertensive in pregnancy. Ecospirin in low dose 75mg is also used prophylactically in pt prone to get high bp.Can take .but stop at 34 Wks.
