Are There Pregnancy Chances With Non Penetrative Sex?

If a man ejaculates and it falls on the girls arm or stomach, is the sperm able to travel down to the vagina? And what if it was wiped off 10 seconds after the ejaculation, the girl took a shower right after, and then the sheets were changed? Is it possible the girl can get pregnant after all of this?
