I am Sreechithra, 26yrs, am carrying n it's my 23rd week over now. Still having so much of anxieties about my baby's IQ n mental health. I have done with my Anomaly scan n nothing to worry about. But now am really surfing all the time to know about the best tips that can enhance IQ of the cute lil one inside me...? I do have medicines for calcium, multivitamin, folic acid+b complex, fish liver oil for Omega 3 free fatty acids.

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.You are already taking all the medicines which are required for the proper growth of the baby.Only now you maintain to take balanced diet,adequate rest,sound sleep an if possible some yoga & meditation.all the best.
