hello,
at 6 weeks pregnancy ultrasound should usually show the fetal pole. if it is not seen then ideally a repeat ulrasound may be performed after 2 weeks to recheck for the fetal pole to cover for delayed conception. if it still not appears then its a failed chemical pregnancy ( called blighted ovum) . then it would have to be aborted unless it aborts on its own. progesterone has been given to provide luteal support to the pregnancy to assist implantation and has no connection with the fetal pole.

also your sperm counts are satisfactory.
