Hi,
welcome to health care magic forum,
anyone can be exposed to hepatitis b by having sex with an infected person, so your husband is at the risk.
Hepatits B virus spreads by direct contact with infected blood, it also spreads via semen, vaginal fluid, and other body fluids.

Hepatitis B can be very effectively cured by Homeopathic treatment.
