hi,thanks for query.This tablets should be have taken with in 72 hours of unprotected act.They will no longer effective in your case.You may have some gastric discomfort,nausea,vomiting etc.This will also lead to withdrawal bleeding if there is no pregnancy.In case you miss periods this month please go for urine pregnancy test.Please take care next time and avoid unprotected sex to avoid trouble.

unwanted 72 must be taken with in 72 hours of unprotected sex .Over use is never recommended .It is only for emergency use ,not for routine use. better use other safe contraceptive in future

Unwanted 72 is a hormonal pill and is used as an emergency contraception and you may get period like bleeding with in a week of taking the pill but since you have taken 2 pills in a time of 8 days you may get bleeding with in a week of taking the last pill and if you don't then consult a Gynaecologist for treatment.Unwanted 72 has side effects like nausea;vomiting;irregular menses etc so use it as an emergency pill but if you have sex more than once a month better start on regular contraceptive pills so that you will be protected from unwanted pregnancy as well as it will help you maintain your periods regular.
