Are There Any Side Effects For Methadone?

hi i was prescribed morphine pills 60M but it didn t work with my system,i was getting lots of headache now my doctor giving me methadon 10M 3 times a day, i don t like methadone because what i heard about it, what other pain killer can i ask my doctor to replace methadon?thank you

I am so sorry to hear about this difficulty figuring out what works best for you. All drugs have frightening side effects but the good news is that they rarely occur. Before a drug is put out there, remember that we have taken all measures to know the goods outweigh the possible consequences. I will recommend you try it and if it works, fine. If it fails to, then you doctor would try to figure out another. I believe he made this choice after careful consideration and shouldn't be discarded for fear of possible side effects a no drug is without side effects.
