my GF has been diagnosed with trichomoniasis recently. She says I have been cheating on her. The fact is I believe she has been 100% faithful. I have never had any sexual partner before her, nor did she. Is it possible to catch this STI non-sexually?

Trichomoniasis is a purely sexually transmitted infection. It cannot be acquired by non-sexual means. However, there is a remote theoretical possibility of acquiring this infection through unhygenic practices such as sharing undergarments.
