Are The Symptoms Of Burning Of Eyes And Watering Due To The Baby Cataract?

I am having trouble with my eyes burning, watering. I wear contacts - but so bad I haven't been

able to wear them. The lights from my phone, and computer screen bother me so much that I

have to get up and walk away from it. My eye doctor said a couple of years ago, I had a

baby cataract. Is this a symptom, or should I see a allergist.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having symptoms of burning of eyes and watering. These symptoms are not produced by cataract. Since you are wearing contact lenses and you are having light sensitivity this can be because of contact lens related complications like corneal infiltration or corneal ulcer.
This requires treatment by use of antibiotic eye drops and discontinuing of contact lenses till the symptoms are relieved.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor at the earliest for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
