Dear Mrs,

If your husband still feel dizzy after reducing blood pressure medications, you should monitor his blood pressure whether he still has low blood pressure sometimes.
For breathlessness you should talk with his doctor whether he has heart failure, in this case he will need a diuretic, if it is a simple lung inhibition, you should discuss about bystolic.
Tiredness can be caused
1. From his general condition
2. Bystolic
3. Sometimes from Lipitor

Wishing good health to your husband,

Regards,
Dr Baghdasaryan
