Are Taking Lipanthyl And Atrovastatin Together Recommended?

dear doctors. for many years i have been suffering from high cholestrol and triglyceride. with excersize and atrovastatin 20 i have been able to control it. in recent test it has grown slightly beyond the limit. my doctor has prescripbed lipanthyl and atrovastatin 10. is it ok to take both?

Hello,

There is no as contraindications or harm of these tablets taken together, but instead of adding new drug, dose of atorvastatin should have been increased, It will prevent unnecessary side effects of other drugs. Besides medicine healthy lifestyle and regular exercises will help.
