If you have regular periods and you had unprotected sex during your period, even if it was almost at the end of your period, then you could not have gotten pregnant when you had sex that time. However, it is possible to get pregnant while you are bleeding if your periods are not regular and it may not have been a normal period. The best way to tell is to wait and see if you get your next period when it was supposed to happen. If you have a period, you're not pregnant. If you miss it, you should take a pregnancy test to check.
