Are Stomach Pains And Bleeding With Vomiting Normal After Intercourse?

My girlfriend and I had sex about a week ago with a condom an used it correctly. This morning she came to school with a sharp pain in her stomach and threw up, and then told me how she had been hit in the stomach a few times at this playhouse thing, an when she got home she started to bleed from her privates, she had her period about two weeks ago. We don't know if this is a sign of pregnancy or of miscarriage or what. We are scared and need a serious answer. Please help and thanks in advance

If she is sexually active and now having pain in the abdomen and bleeding, she must seek medical attention immediately. This could represent a pregnancy in the tubes (ectopic pregnancy) or possibly a ruptured ovarian cyst. The bleeding can be related to an ectopic pregnancy or a miscarriage as well. She needs to be seen as soon as possible. In the meantime, check a pregnancy test. If this is positive then go immediately to an Emergency Room.
