Are Stomach Cramps, Vaginal Pain And Back Pain Signs Of Pregnancy?

okay i dont really know if im pregnant or not but ive taken two test one says negative and the other postive.. well my stomach is cramping and having sharp pains. Also my vagina is hurting too and my back? is this normal? Are these sign of being pregnant? please help me !

Welcome to HCM. It is a confusing result and this time only clinical sign can not diagnose or rule out the pregnancy. My opinion is you wait for a week and then repeat the test for better diagnosis.
