Hi, i haven t had a period in about 2 months, i have had spotting, i sleep for 10 hours or more a day because im tired, i also feel nauseous from time to time, ive also had a negative home pregnancy test is it possible i still may be pregnant?

It might be possible you are pregnant , but the chances are less as you have a negative pregnancy test.How frequent did you have spotting ? Are you on any contraceptive pill ?
