Hello Dear. With your signs of pain abdomen or milky vaginal discharge it is not possible to arrive conclusively at a diagnosis as to whether you are pregnant or not. You need to get an urine pregnancy test (UPT) and also get a ultrasound (transvaginal) to diagnose about pregnancy. Kindly consult a gynecologist to get evaluated.
Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you. All the best With warm regards Dr Sanjay Kini
