Are Recurring Red Rashes On Skin A Cause For Concern?

My son 3 years old has been getting like red rashes on his skin which appear and disappear, it started on his arms, legs, and back for the last week, now it only on his cheeks and little on leg... , rarely he itches them if none, no change in his food, nothing inhaven't thought of, Is it serious?..... Thank u

greetings,
some viral infections causes such rashes to prop us,and yes they can be allergic too.
if you are telling that it had decreased then hopefully it should go.
incase of rashes it is very impotent to know how do they look like.
hence a physical examination is a must.
