Are Raised Lesions In A Heart Patient Malignant?

My husband has 2 lesion and raised bloodworm (80). He cannot have biopsy because of dementia, strokes, severe heart condition, (needed 4 or 5 way bypass but because of the above the dr did 2 stents to make him more comfortable. Was told could have fatal heart attack - has had two that we did not know about. What are the chances of cancer or do we just wait to see what happens? Any symptoms - only complaint is pain in stomach off and on.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what ever the conditions are there it may not turn into malignancy, if the pain is there then it may not indicates any malignancy, beside the biopsy imaging study can be thought hope this information helps.
