Are Phosphalugel And Ameprazol Tabltes Effective For Gastroduodenitis ?

today i went to gastroscopy...the result said that i have gastroduodenitis but i didnt feel any pain at my abdomen area and stomach.. is it my sick is so serious.. the doctor just ask me to continue take phosphalugel and ameprazol.. and can be treat by a week.. is it true?? im really worried~

It seems to be a mild thing. Do not worry. Stress / worry increases acid secretion and thus enhances gastroduodenitis.
Apart from taking medicines and avoiding stress, you may avoid tobacco, tea / coffee, spicy & oily food, pain killers.
Try to take meals at regular intervals. Do not drink water for 1.5 hours after major meals.
