No the people having Marfans syndrome are not predisposed to have anaemia.They have equal chances like the others without Marfans syndrome.Instead they have predisposition to have early onset of osteoarthritis;cataract;glaucoma;mitral valve prolapse;COPD;and aortic aneurysm etc.

NO ANAEMIA AND MARFANS SYNDROM HAVE MORE PREDISPOSING FACTOR . CATARCT , GLUCOMA , SOME HEART EFECTION MAY PREDISPOSE ...
