Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
When I get very tired and I m trying to stay away, my heart starts beating extremely fast and I feel like I m having some sort of panic attack. The only thing that fixes this is if I go to sleep. Everyone says I m just lazy, but I honestly feel like if I don t go to sleep when that happens I am going to have a heart attack or pass out. Is this normal?
HI Well come to HCM Looking to your complaint this may not be fair to see that this could be normal condition but in my opinion the cardiac condition need to be ruled and for this better get done the EKG and ECHO test, if this turned unremarkable then just forget about this, and this may be due to your functional condition, and try to keep the stress level very low, take care.
