Are Painful Lumps In The Vaginal Area Due To Bacterial Vaginitis?

I was recently treated for a yeast infection on Monday, of course the doctor check me and a few days later on Thursday she called told me I had chlamydia and BV. Friday I noticed I have bumps in my vaginal area that are painful to touch as well as it burns when I urinate. Can it be from the BV or is it herpes?
