Are Night Sweats And Chills In A Pulmonary Embolism Patient A Concern?

My husband,age 83, recently was hospitalized for pulmonary embolism now on coumadin plus he was in 3rd degree heart block, and require a pacemaker. Since he has been home, twice he ahs had night sweats,where he feels cold and clammy with significant sweating. He claims he feels fine. Is this concerning, what could be the cause ?

This is. nonspecific sign and if there are no other symptoms then this should not be concerning and it may be side effect of medications. However,it would be good to check blood picture to rule out some hematologic diseases
