Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your smeen analysis report is as follows:
1. Sperm count: Normal sperm count should be more than 2 million per ejaculate.
In your case the sperm count is only 1 million, less than what is considered normal.
2. Motility: Atleast 50% sperms shoud have active forward progressive motion. In your case it is 60% which is normal.
3. Morphology: Atleast 50% sperms should have normal morphology. In your case 80% have normal morphology.
The motility and morphology are normal, however, the sperm counts are low.

Was there presence of pus cells or abnormal sperms?
Since, you have not posted the entire report including physical attributes, no definite opinion can be given.
Kindly post the entire report.

Thanks and take care
