Are Missed Period And Painful Breasts Symptoms Of Menopause?

Thank you, I m Liz and 50 yrs. Haven t had a period, except sometimes really light spotting. But this past two months, my breasts hurt really bad, like when I was pregnant years ago. I haven t seen anywhere that it is a symptom of menopause, and I m concerned. Should I be?
