Are Migraines Related To Low BP?

I started recently having 140/78 blood pressure reading.... I have always had low blood pressure .
so I started 2 months ago or 3 months ago taking Sarafem for PMDD . It has been a savior for my PMDD .
I was wondering if this is the cause ? My migranes have gotten much much better - also from the Sarafem
what should I do ?

Hello
welcome here.
If sarafem is helping you in your symptoms, it is better to continue with it.
Migraine can be precipitated by hormonal imbalances as well as BP fluctuations.
Keep yourself well hydrated.
Thanks.
