Are Metrgyl And Mtax Safe To Take During Pregnancy?

Hi, Dr. i have 32 wks pregnancy.I am suffering from vaginal itching and burning sensation some times.The doctor has prescribed me metrgyl 400 and tablet mtax500.the second name of the medicine is not clear to me.I want to ask ,is it safe to take these tablets?

Hi...metrogyl is safe in pregnancy.. But the complaint you have is due to vaginal candidiasis infection.. For which vaginal tablets are available & safe..
