Are Low Grade Fever,fatigue And Chills TB Associated Symptom?

Hi Doctor

I have add TB in 2010 and was treated for 9 months, now again i have started getting low grade fever for past one month and feel chill and tired sometimes. Is there a chance of TB not being cured. Already because of the tablets i have severe stomach gastritis and am now eating blend food. am worried again if i have to undergo treatement what will happen to my stomach,liver and kidnney

the chances of recurrence cannot be ruled out. but then there are many causes of fever besides tb.

a 9 month long treatment is usually sufficient. if you are not immunocompromised, and if you did not have drug resistant tb, chances are it may not be a recurrance

i would suggest meeting a dr to rule out other causes of fever
