Are Loss Of Appetite, Vomiting, Nausea And Stomach Ache Symptoms Of Indeigestion?
Hi my son is 9 yrs old and they had their Christmas party yesterday. Said he drank a lot of juice and pizza. This morning he had bowel movements and wasn't feeling well. Had no appetite and complained of headache. He also vomited and feels nauseous. Also complains of intermittent stomach ache. he has a slight fever. Could this be just a simple case of indigestion?
