Are Light Menstrual Period And Nipple Discharge Signs Of Pregnancy?

I've never been late on a period before and I was 4 days late this time. And its very light compared to normal. My belly feels extremely swollen, especially after I eat. I have a clear discharge coming out of my nipples. My boyfriend said it was salty and My lower back hurts. Could I be pregnant? I'm 27 years old.

Hi dear you are likely to have painful menstruation known as menstrual cramps, and nipple discharge is suggestive of infection. So follow this advises
1) Tab Hifenac P and hot water plates will relieve the pain
2) Tab Azithromycin once a day to treat the infection
3) Maintain hygiene, wash the nipples with antiseptic solution
4) Have plenty of fluids and avoid stress
5) If there are no periods in a week time then do the urine pregnancy test and consult a gynaecologist.
