Are Late Periods, Spotting, Tender Breasts, Cramping And Lower Back Pain Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

My periods are late,I have tender breasts, I'm cramping and lower back pain. I had unprotected sex on 10th October n took an ipill on 11th. I took a pregnancy test on 29th October and came out negative but that same 29th I had blood stains bit very light. Could I n pregnant?

Hello,

I-pill gives protection more than 95% within first 24 hrs of sex and around 85% if it is taken within 24 to 48 hrs.

Here, you should repeat the pregnancy test after 1 week or undergo one blood test for beta-hCG to confirm or rule out pregnancy.

Other close possibility is PREMENSTRUAL symptoms in absence of pregnancy. Good luck.
