Are Kidney And Bladder Failure Linked To Final Stages Of Cervical Cancer?

my cousin has just been diagnosed with cervical cancer 1 week ago.The doctors said that they will not do surgery.It has shut down her right kidney and bladder and has already spread to lining of her stomach and lymph nodes.She has lost 15 lbs. in 1 week already.Does it sound like she is in the last stage and if so what would be her life expectency?Thank you so much!!!

Your guess unfortunately is correct. When any cancer involves Kidney and bladder and their functions are jeopardized, it is said to be last stage of cancer. Moreover, the cancer has spread to the stomach and lymph nodes also. So she is definitely in the 4th or last stage of cancer. The life expectancy cannot be exactly calculated neither is it ethical to mention also. However, is now very short. Try to keep her symptom free, happy and contented.
