Are Keraglo Men, Curlzvit, Amexidil, Sebowash And Hairsome Conditioner Enough To Regrow Hair After Diagnosing With Diffused Alopecia?

I am 24 yr old male. I have been diagnosed with Diffused Alopecia (acute hairfall) with medication Keraglo Men and curlzvit , Amexidil 5% (Ranbaxy) Sebowash shampoo and hairsome conditioner. are the medicines good enough to regrow my Hair??? Regards PKS

Try to have a balanced diet rich in protein and antioxidants (fresh fruits ad vegetables).
Try to reduce stress by yoga/ relaxation techniques as stress can worsen hair fall inspite of the best treatment.
