Are Irregular Periods Due To Hormonal Imbalance?

hi,i am 36yrs old.I am facing irregular periods problems from past 1yr.Tried homeopathy,diane and now latest gynaset.I took gynaset for 5days and its been 10days now,yet have not got my periods.My all reports are normal.Doctors say its hormonal imbalance.Please help,what should i do?

I really appreciate your concern, because of the age this could be very common phenomenon and may not need any treatment of any system of medicine unless it is something pathologically proved just be patience it will be fine hope this information helps.
