Are High Values Of ALP And ALT A Matter Of Concern?

Just got bloodwork results. My ALP was 132 ALT was 52 and AST was 52. Should I be concerned. I take Topamax for migraines could this be causing this? I've also had 7 rounds of anti5'4biotics over the past 7 mos. and was on a anitibiotic during the test. I'm 5'4 120lbs.

hi
thanks for posting in HCM
I have understood your concern

1.the numbers you have mentioned are slightly elevated above normal range
2.for significant rise it should be more than 3 times of normal, in your case it is not there.
3.slight rise in your case mostly secondary to antibiotics, because so many antibiotics cause liver injury.

I can suggest you to get done
1.usg abdomen to ruleout any morphology changes of liver.

hope this helps you
any further questions please let me know
thanks
