Are high TSH levels normal during pregnancy or can they be a cause of concern ? Do they affect my childs health ?

Dear Doctor now it is (pregant) six month for me as per my physician adivced i went to test my blood situation. It was normal for sugar and heomoglobin but my thyroid is in near by border what can i do? is it any problem to my baby? kindly need your advice....!
