Are Headache, Dizziness And Tiredness A Sign Of Pregnancy?

am feeling dizzy,headache, and tired not feeling pain in my breast no pain in my lower abdomen but missed my monthly discharge which ought to come up on the 16th-18th of this month, and I went for test today and was tested positive for widal test please is a this right or am pregnant?

Hi dear thanks to write in HCM!!!I advise you to first do the test necessary for determination of pregnancy for that if you miss your periods by 10 days then do the urine pregnancy test and Ultrasonography done as earliest. Because if you are pregnant then you should take only those medicines which are safe. For typhoid i advise you to take Tab Amoxicillin and Tab Paracetamol, also keep youself hydrated with fluids, proper hygiene is must in form of hand wash, pure water, fresh vegetables and fruits. But i request first to do the pregnancy test
