Are Having Headaches, Chest Pain And Nausea Symptoms Of A Panic Attack?

So I have been having panic attacks lately. I didn't know they were panic attacks until someone told me that's what was happening to me. I get chest pain, nausea and shaking all day. All of this suddenly started 4 weeks ago. I've also been getting headaches and a very sudden personality change.
