Are Frequent Headaches And Nosebleeds A Cause For Concern?

My son has nosebleeds sometimes and they seem to come more frequently now. He also has headaches and the same thing seems to happen and that is they come more frequently now. I usually give motrin for the headache and that helps. Just wondering should we go to Dr. and get some lab work done to see what s going on?
