Hello madam,i understand your concern. In my opinion, you will have constipation in pregnancy due to harmonal influence. You may contacted by some gastrointestinal infection thats why it is so.So consult your OBGY for appropriate treatment.Have 2litres of fluids definitely.Yes pain in legs like cramps and fainting is common in pregnancy. So for cramps you need to take good amount of calcium.Fainting may be due to hypoglycemia so take frequent food every 2hrly nd take nutritious food. And these are all commomly seen so nothing to worry. Hope this satisfies your query. Thanks for using HCM. Feel free to ask any more questions that you may have. Dr Srilatha Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist
