Hello dear I understand your concern Fever and headache could be due to malaria, typhoid, viral fever. I would suggest you to undergo routine blood counts with differential counts and blood test to rule out malaria, any other pathogen predominant in your region. So diagnosis should be confirmed by only after tests result. It is difficult to tell confirm about the typhoid. Meanwhile take following advises: Continue Taxim O according to doctor advise. Take paracetamol for fever Tablet rantac before meal Proper rest, drink plenty of warm water, take home made juice of fresh fruits Avoid outside food and water.
