The first sign of pregnancy is amenorrhea... The test done is UPt (urine pregnancy test), it is the detetion of HCG antigen in the urine.... it take around a week , for test to be positive... earliest is 3 days... you can get the test done to rule out pregnancy, if the it is positive, you need to confirm the pregnancy by USG( ultra sound scanning)..
