Are Fatigue, Stiffness And Overall Pain In Joints The Symptoms Of Rheumatoid Arthritis?

My question is is that in the past 6 weeks I have had horrible fatigue....extreme stiffness and overall pain in my joints and muscles and takes hours to get any relief. I have arthritis on both sides of my body and a fair bit of it. I have swelling in the joints and inflammation also. My eyes feel dry and my elbows when I put a little pressure on them they really hurt. I have some osteoarthritis for sure. F.M. AND ADDISON'S disease. This is a totally separate feeling that I have. I do have auto-immune illnesses in my family and my mother had lupus at age 40. There is a lot of arthritis on my mother's side including rheumatoid arthritis. What do you think could be my problem could it be R.A.

hi,
with the kind of history you are giving and history of auto immune disease, seems like you too have an auto immune disease. you should get a complete work out done like ANA profile, RA factor and other blood investigations.
in case of rheumatoid arthritis, you will have typical bilateral joint pain which effects both small and big joints but typically there will be history of early morning swelling and paipnful metaphalangeal joints.
fyou should consult a immunologist /rheumatologist and get a complete work up done to start the treatmenpt
