Are Dizziness, Numbness In Hands And Lower Back Pain And Jaw Pain Due To TMJ?

I went to the immediate care because of jaw pain, and ear pain. She said, after a quick look that it's tmj. Now I'm getting dizzy spells, numbness in my hands, lower back pain, and sharp pains in my legs. Should I go to the hospital, or are these normal symptoms of tmj? I'm 27 with no prior health issues.
