Are Dizziness And Nausea Signs Of HIV Infection?

Hello Doc, I had some unprotected sex with escorts couple of times in last 1 year. For the last 1 week I am feeling some head spinning & vomiting tendencies. I dont have other symptoms of HIV, like flu, fatigue, weakness etc. My hunger, weight & sleeps are all fine. Should I be worried that I have HIV? Can these be HIV related symptoms? Please guide me what to do.
