Are Dizziness And Lower Backache Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello doctor.. I am 24yrs old and a mother of a baby girl approximately 11 months old deliverd by cesarean ...and also i am not breastfeeding.. Last month when my period was due i started bleeding one day before and had only 3 days light period ...usually i get 5 days of heavy bleeding..and from 7th of august i am feeling dizziness and weakness and severe lower backache and mild of pms cramping like things and also had unprotected sex since last two months ..could i be pregnant i can barely stand to do normal house chores ..kindly help

I can understand your concern.
Yes, possibility of pregnancy is more because of unprotected Intercourse and menstrual irregularities.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination, ultrasound examination of abdomen and Urinary pregnancy test for confirmation of pregnancy.
If you are not pregnant then possibility of sexually transmitted infection (STI) is more.
So consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
