Are Discomfort In Stomach And Pelvic Pain Signs Of Early Pregnancy?

Hi Im feeling like I may be pregnant but tests are negative - I know I had a period last month but not sure on dates. Ive had a baby before and I have a sickness feeling in my stomach, pelvis aching and I feel different. However pregnancy tests are negative. Could I be very early into a pregnancy?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
It is quiet unlikely for you to have pelvic pain and discomfort in early pregnancy considering the tests are negative. Moreover the fear or doubt of being pregnant itself can postpone your periods -"psychological amenorrhea"so kindly get your self examined throughly a gynaecologist
