Hello and Welcome to healthcaremagic.

If I was your treating doctor I would have advised you to start with Azithromycin. I prefer to give it in pulse form i.e in a dose of 500mg for three consequtive days in a week for 4-12 weeks.

Topical antiacne medicines include clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide and retinoids (adapalene).

Suncros 50 is a sunscreen and because of its high spf it is oily, therefore it can exacerbate acne. For the time being, I would advice that you stop using everything else on your face except for antiacne medicines.

While topical clindamycin gel is for day time application, I give either benzoyl peroxide gel 2.5% OR a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel for night application. Adapalene is a first line antiacne medicine. It is antiinflammatory, comedolytic and thus prevents new comedones from developing.

Deriva-cms contains adapalene+clindamycin, I would advice that you continue with it.

Using a gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion and shampooing the scalp with an antidandruff shampoo thrice weekly, would also help.

regards
